Return & Refund Policy

At Hire Me Happy, we are committed to providing high-quality career coaching, employability support and digital resources.

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or reschedule at our discretion.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend without notice, are non-refundable.

Once work has commenced on a purchased service, refunds are not available.

If a client wishes to cancel before work has started, a refund may be provided at the discretion of Hire Me Happy.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
